Dishes coming out dirty — food or detergent residue left on them
The number-one complaint, and rarely a single-part fault.
blocked base filter (the most common cause by far), clogged spray-arm nozzles or an arm that cannot rotate freely, wrong loading blocking the spray or the arm, too little or damp-stored detergent, or — crucial in Egypt — an empty salt system letting hard water fight your detergent.
pull out and rinse the filter, unclip the spray arms and clear their nozzles with a pin, reload so nothing touches the arms, and fill the salt. If results stay poor, the inspection moves to the heater, wash pump or turbidity sensor — a technician job.
