Freezer cold but fridge compartment warm
The single most common No-Frost fault. All the cold is produced in the freezer and a fan pushes it into the fridge through an air duct — any failure in the defrost system (heater, timer or thermal fuse) lets ice build up and block that duct, so the freezer stays cold while the fridge warms up.
unplug for 24 hours with doors open (a full manual defrost), then restart. If it cools normally for a few days and the problem returns, that all but confirms a failed defrost component — a quick, routine replacement for us.
