Burner not lighting — igniter clicks but no flame
The most common fault of all, and usually simpler than you expect.
burner cap wet or dirty after washing (the number-one cause by far), flame ports blocked by burnt food residue, burner parts reassembled wrong after cleaning (the cap not seated properly), a stuck burner tap, or a near-empty cylinder with weak pressure.
dry the burner completely after any wash, reassemble the parts correctly, and clear the ports with a fine needle. One dead burner with the rest working = a local problem (ports or tap); everything dead = supply or regulator. If it persists after cleaning, call 16062.
